Worship is the main ministry of the Calvary Burmese Church. As almost all members came from Burma, we use Burmese in worship services. Though members are from various denomination, we gather to sing familiar favorites from the Hymnal, hear the reading and preaching of the Word of God, issue an invitation to make a public profession of faith, and practice believer’s baptism. Worship service (in Burmese) start at 1:30 PM until 4:00 PM on every Sunday. Anybody (Christian or non Christian or any denomination) especially who is from Burma is warmly welcomed to have fellowship with us. We also have two home-cell Bible study on every Friday night in Virginia and Maryland. |
